📃 Returns and Warranty Policy

At Mobitel Cash Private Limited, we want you to love what you buy. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help you with returns, exchanges, and warranty support.

1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You received the wrong size or product
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Innerwear or intimate clothing
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance offers
  • Used or altered products

3. Return Process
To return an item:

  • Contact our support team with your order ID and reason
  • We will arrange for a reverse pickup if eligible
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return

4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or product changes (if available in stock). The product must meet the return conditions mentioned above.

5. Warranty Coverage
Fashion items usually do not come with a manufacturer warranty. However, if there’s any damage due to a production defect, we’ll try to resolve it on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
